This page lists the third parties used to provide the Soldio App and soldio.com, in two groups.
Subprocessors
These providers handle data the App processes on behalf of merchants: the order-derived data covered by the Data Processing Addendum.
Shopify
- Service: Shopify platform (APIs, authentication)
- Purpose: App installation, authentication, and data exchange
Render — Render Services, Inc., 525 Brannan St, San Francisco, CA 94131, USA
- Service: Application hosting, deployment, and managed PostgreSQL
- Purpose: Running the app server and web interface; storing sessions, campaigns, campaign analytics and onboarding usage data
- Data: All application data, encrypted at rest (AES) and in transit (TLS 1.2+)
- Region: Ohio, United States
- Transfer mechanism: EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, with EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum in force as fallback
Other service providers
These providers handle data about merchants and their use of the App, or about visitors to soldio.com, not merchants' customer data.
Sentry — Functional Software, Inc. d/b/a Sentry, 45 Fremont Street, 8th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA
- Service: Error monitoring and performance tracing
- Purpose: Diagnosing errors and faults in the App's admin interface
- Data: Error reports and browser information
- Region: United States
- Transfer mechanism: EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework (with UK and Swiss extensions)
Postmark (ActiveCampaign, LLC)
- Service: Transactional email delivery
- Purpose: Sending campaign notification emails to merchants
- Data: Recipient email address and message content
- Region: United States
Featurebase — CORDNET OÜ, Kaluri tee 4-32, Haabneeme alevik, Viimsi vald, 74001 Harju maakond, Estonia
- Service: In-app support chat
- Purpose: Receiving and answering merchants' support messages
- Data: Shop domain, store name and contact email; support messages and anything included in them; browser and device information; approximate location from IP address
- Region: European Union (primary hosting); some ancillary services outside the EEA
- Transfer mechanism: EU Standard Contractual Clauses, with the UK Addendum, for processing outside the EEA
Vercel — Vercel Inc.
- Service: Website hosting and visitor analytics (Web Analytics and Speed Insights)
- Purpose: Delivering and protecting soldio.com; counting visits and measuring page speed
- Data: IP address and browser and device information sent with each request; pages viewed, referring website, approximate location and page-speed measurements
- Region: United States
Updates
We may update this page from time to time. Where we intend to add or replace a provider in the Subprocessors list, we will give at least 10 days' notice before the change takes effect, and you may object on reasonable data-protection grounds during that period. The list of other service providers is kept current as it changes. The "Last updated" date indicates when changes were made.
